A 1-hour "Land and the Book" Seminar in Jackson (MS)

Central United Methodist Church, Jackson
Today I had the privilege of bringing insights from the "land and the book" to the Sunday School leaders at Central UMC.  The gathering was their quarterly breakfast with training for teachers.

The welcome was warm for me and especially the presentation.  The interaction was animated, and the questions were invigorating.  As we often say following a visit to the land of the Bible, "you never read the Bible the same."  Perhaps such sessions are the next-best thing to a visit itself.

After the session, Brenda and I attended worship led by Pastor Stephen Cook.  He is one of the bright and faithful leaders of the Mississippi Conference.

Why not consider bringing such a learning experience to your church?  Our experience is that such knowledge enriches the reading of the Bible, deepens one's walk with God, and enlivens discipleship.

You can schedule and discuss your event by calling 601-497-5860 or emailing me at wjbritt45@gmail.com.
