Visiting the Old City with Good Friends

It is a good day when you can walk the Old City of Jerusalem.  The day is even better when you can visit the walled city with good friends.  Brenda and I did this today with Bob and Susie Rambo of Jackson, MS.

All in all, we walked six miles, stopped for refreshment at Christ Church, and ate pizza.  Of course, no visit here is complete without window-shopping. Brenda and Susie did just that.

Such exercise and activity called for a short nap.  Days off are welcomed with the teaching schedule we all keep.
