Why Not Join a Dig this Summer?
People often seriously consider joining an excavation in Israel or the territories. They ask for advice as to the selection of a site among so many.
While the would-be archaeologist can hardly go wrong, I would recommend Bethsaida on the northeast shore of the Sea of Galilee. Brenda and I had the privilege of excavating there in the mid-90's.
