Part 2: Notre Dame Center in Jerusalem

Last Friday was a beautiful winter day in Jerusalem.  Brenda and I joined friends in a visit to the Notre Dame Center in Jerusalem.  After visiting the Shroud of Turin Exhibit, we had lunch atop the center.

While the meal of cheeses, fruits, vegetables and bread was delicious, it was the view that we all came for this day.

The center sits opposite the New Gate to the Old City.  From the fourth floor restaurant, you are provided one of the better views of the Old City and northern Jerusalem.  Despite the haze, all holy sites were discernible.  It is truly a commanding view of the Old City and worth a visit when in Jerusalem.
